A&M Production Services was established in 1989 by Art Monzo. Mr. Monzo at the time had 16 years Set Experience in Lighting as a Lighting Technician, Gaffer and Director of Photography. Through out his illustrious career Art worked with such great people as Vittorio Storaro, Matt Leonetti,
Vilmos Zsigmond,Woody Omens, Peggy Sirota,
Anne Leibovitz, and Wally Mills just to mention a few. Art worked in Hawaii for 13 years on such projects as ‘Hawaii5-0’,’ Magnum PI’,’ Flight of the Intruder’ and’Uncommon Valor’ and Many More. Art also started a Grip and Lighting Rental company and ran a studio in Australia for two years in 1988.
In 1991 Art recognized that Flicker Free HMI Lighting was the State of the ART in new lighting technology. A&M Production Services quickly became totally specialized in Flicker Free HMI Lighting Sub Rental. Through the years A&M Production Services acquired an inventory consisting of over 175 HMI Lighting Fixtures and over 200 Flicker Free HMI Ballasts. Over the years A&M Production Service has created many Factory Approved Modifications in order to improve the Flicker Free HMI Lighting Products.
In early 2005, A&M Production Services Co Ventured
to establish A&M Lighting Repair Services with
Power Gem, K5600 ,as agreed became an Authorized Factory
Service Center. Our Engineers have completed over
200 hours of intensive hands on training with the
Engineers at the various Original Manufacturer Factories.
A&M Lighting Repair Services stocks over $300,000 in Original Manufacturer Parts. Our Informed, Courteous and Experienced staff are a Pleasure to work with. We are always willing to Support Anyone who needs assistance with ANY lighting needs.
